Set atop Eucalyptus Hill, the exterior side of the residence was primed to take advantage of 180-degree ocean views with the addition of an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, entertainment space, and a pool. The site required reconfiguration of the steep driveway entrance with extensive grading to receive materials and extensive structural engineering for building the pool.
