Architectural Project Manager

Kevin, a Design Project Manager, joins Clear with seasoned experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects along the East Coast. Originally from Saint Louis, he earned his B.Arch and M.Arch from Tulane University. His career began in Telluride, establishing a satellite office with architect Max Strang, followed by roles in Los Angeles and New York City with firms like HKS, Zyscovich, and COOKFOX.

Notable projects include 1 South First at the historic Domino Sugar site and 25 Park Row, a 51-story condominium tower. Beyond architecture, Kevin enjoys hiking, golfing, and exploring health and wellness. He's eager to bring fresh perspectives to Clear's team.
