Our Leadership
BAILEY HOCHHALTER
Our founder, Bailey Hochhalter, is a Ventura local who fell in love with woodworking at a young age. As the son of an accomplished builder, Bailey was instilled with a strong work ethic and was often tasked with fine carpentry projects after school. He developed masterful carpentry skills and continued to work alongside his father before beginning college at UCSB.
After completing a degree in business economics, he quickly progressed from framer to furniture and cabinet maker, finish carpentry foreman, general foreman and project manager, business partner, and now owner and operator of Clear.
Combining his business economics degree from UCSB with his hands-on experience, Bailey brings a unique blend of strategic acumen and craftsmanship to every project. His commitment to client satisfaction and attention to detail define Clear Construction's approach to millwork and construction.
MICHAEL BOSIO
Managing Principal, AIA
Raised in the scenic surroundings of the Monterey Bay area, Michael's childhood playgrounds were often found amidst construction sites and suburban developments. This early exposure ignited his passion for architecture and business, leading him to pursue a dual Bachelor's and Master of Architecture alongside a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development at Tulane University.
Co-founding the design-development firm MK Real Estate Development (MKRED), Michael spent nine dynamic years obtaining architectural licenses in California, Florida, and Louisiana, as well as commercial and residential general contractors licenses and a realtor's license for Louisiana.
With a vision for vertical integration, Michael has guided buildings from design and construction to sales and management. He also shared his expertise as an adjunct lecturer at the Tulane School of Architecture for seven years.
